Led by Anthony Davis, the Kentucky Wildcats dominated the game. They kept the lead throughout the entire game. Kansas tried to mount a comeback, but never cut their deficit down lower than 5 points. With Anthony Davis’ crucial free throws at the end of game, Kentucky was able to hold and defeat the Jayhawks, 67-59. Anthony Davis was named Most Outstanding Player for the tournament.
